β οΈ IMPORTANT NOTE The Homepage Version is the current official ordinance (we were told in person and through email). Also, as part of the application process, you must download the ordinance directly from the MuniRevs website, sign it, and upload it back to complete your STR application. As of now, it will be the one found on the Drive file owned by Gilmer county (linked above).
π RESEARCH STATEMENT We encourage all property owners and managers to thoroughly review both versions of the ordinance themselves. While this comparison highlights key differences, it’s essential to read the complete documents to ensure full understanding and compliance with all requirements. Your due diligence in understanding these regulations is crucial for successful STR operation in Gilmer County.
